Pointer Software Systems, LTD. (sometimes called "Pointer" or "PSS"), is a software company that specializes in sophisticated systems development. Pointer was incorporated in 1995 evolving from a private consulting practice led by Mr. Ilan Aisic since July 1992.
Our technical skills include NMS and EMS for the military and for the Telecom and Datacom industries, distributed and multi-threaded system development, Web Services, object oriented analysis, design and programming on various platforms, user interface design, Unix, Linux and Windows systems programming, telecommunications protocols programming, system administration, configuration management, database systems design and implementation, Development in Flex technology, Applications for cellular phones (Symbian and iPhone), software testing and technical writing.
Pointer has been certified by the Standards Institute of Israel for the international standard ISO 9001:2008 and with emphasis in software to ISO 90003:2006.
Ilan Aisic, CEO and Senior Consultant Founded Pointer in 1995. Has more than 20 years of experience in software development, software business analysis and software project management with specialization in Telecom.
Mr. Aisic has worked seven years in the US and is a known expert in network management in the Israeli market.
Holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Alon Amit, VP R&D, Has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry.
During his career, Alon has worked as a manager, developer, system architect and system engineer on a wide range of telecom and military applications.
Holds a B.A in Statistics from the Hebrew University.
